Lori Garner, Managing Member / CEO
Lori is the Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), providing the strategic leadership and executive oversight that guides the firm. As a Woman Principal, she manages daily operations and is the key signatory on all major contracts, focusing heavily on Supplier Diversity procurement and WOSB compliance. Lori ensures the firm maintains the highest level of control over all strategic and operational aspects, positioning G4 for sustainable growth. Her leadership is rooted in a direct understanding of service delivery, ensuring every client relationship is managed with executive commitment and vision.
Storm Garner, Director of Finance / CFO
Storm is the Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Her primary responsibility is Financial Oversight, managing G4's internal finances, budgeting, pricing models, and profitability analysis. Drawing on extensive managerial experience, she oversees financial reporting and enhances internal control by managing internal funds and budgeting for the firm. As a financial controller, she applies her practical expertise in cash handling and payroll management to ensure the financial integrity of both G4 and our client engagements.
Rich Garner, Director of Operations / COO
Rich is the Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Leveraging 25+ years of progressive experience and an MBA in Finance, his primary focus is on Operational Discipline and Process. Rich designs and enforces G4's structured cloud-based workflows, oversees security protocols, internal controls, and maintains quality assurance for all service delivery. His hands-on process enforcement guarantees that the operational backbone of our bookkeeping services is disciplined, scalable, and error-resistant.
Nathan “Nate” Garner, VP of Operations
Nate serves as the VP of Operations, focusing on Operational Assistance and execution. A reliable and adaptable leader, he utilizes his proven skills in team leadership and training to ensure smooth service delivery. His operational focus includes assisting with the leads pipeline, optimizing the client onboarding experience, and building local networking partnerships. Nate is integral to the day-to-day execution, ensuring client onboarding is seamless and service delivery consistently meets the highest standards.
